Operations Manager for Prague 

We are looking for a new leader for our popular salons, you dare to - Management and development of 2-3 flagship salons.

Your Managerial Mission (What awaits you) 

• Your work has a direct impact on the atmosphere, team satisfaction and business success of the salons
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience and smooth daily operations.
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of receptionists and masseuses.
• Actively looking for ways to improve services and increase occupancy.
• Warehouse management, orders and accounting control.
• Control and maintenance of salons. 

Your Profile (What You Need to Succeed) 

• You are an organizationally strong leader who is not afraid of numbers or manual skills
• High school education and demonstrable experience in leading people.
• Excellent Czech and very good English for daily communication.
• Proactive approach and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Manual skills and knowledge of PC, Apple, Google Drive.
• A driver's license category B and your own car are an advantage.
