Pregnancy massage

This gentle massage is designed especially for expectant mothers. It evokes feelings of calmness, harmony and security. The healthful effects of this massage are beneficial not only for the mother, but especially for the healthy development of the child. The massage is performed partly on the back and sides using exclusively natural oils with beneficial effects on the stressed skin of the mother. It helps relieve headaches and nausea, improves sleep and strengthens muscle function, especially in the most stressed areas of the back. It improves blood circulation and thus relieves the joints and lymphatic system, this leads to the elimination of the feeling of "heavy legs" and other pregnancy problems. It reduces stress and tension, and promotes the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the baby. Prenatal massage is suitable for mothers from the third month of pregnancy until the time of delivery.

During the massage you will lie on your hips and on your back; with the help of a pillow the masseuse will find a pleasant position for you and your foetus.

The oil is odorless so as not to cause adverse reactions in expectant mothers.

• We recommend using disposable underwear or being completely naked. You can keep your underwear, but we cannot guarantee that it will not be soiled.
• We recommend enjoying the massage without a bra.
• When you are ready to start the massage, lie down on your back or side on the massage table and cover the intimate areas with a towel.

• Choose the intensity of the massage at the reception and adjust it to your needs during the massage by communicating with the masseuse.
• Ideally, do not eat at least an hour before the massage.
