The massage is tailor-made for today's way of life, when due to lack of movement and frequent sitting, the sciatic muscles and thighs stiffen and shorten; there is excessive strain in the neck and shoulder muscles and unpleasant pain in the lumbar spine. Intensive massage removes muscle stiffness, hydrates, prevents pain and helps restore the flow of internal energy. The longer variant of the massage is supplemented by a reflex massage of the upper limbs. Do you live in the hustle and bustle? Do you often sit at work and have little time for yourself? Then Office therapy is the ideal choice for you.

When to use the massage

This is a softer relaxing oil massage suitable for both children and seniors.
It helps to relieve stress, tension and overwork.
It stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic system.

Step by step

Before the massage, you will receive comfortable trousers.
You can choose the scent of oil to make the experience even more intense.
Please select the appropriate massage intensity with the reception.
We recommend using disposable underwear or being completely naked. You can keep your underwear, but we cannot guarantee that it will not be soiled.
To ladies, for greater comfort, we recommend taking off their bra.
When you are ready to start the massage, place your chest on the massage table and cover the intimate areas with a towel.
At the end of the massage, we will stretch you briefly as in yoga.
After the massage, we recommend leaving the oil time to be absorbed and not taking a shower. If necessary, wipe off excess oil in a towel.
On request, it is possible to use balm (herbal warming ointment) on stiff area.

General information

During the massage, you can also adjust the intensity thereof with the therapist.
Ideally, do not eat at least an hour before the massage.
We do not use hot herbs during this massage.
This massage is available in all TAWAN salons.
Recommended repetition once every two weeks.
