Relaxing massage after pregnancy

Traditional Thai oil massage, suitable for mothers after childbirth, helps the tired body regenerate and return to its original condition in a short time. It reduces stress, promotes milk production and blood circulation, regenerates the uterus and thus facilitates weight loss. It helps relax muscles strained during pregnancy, especially in the shoulders and neck. It helps to smooth the abdomen and has highly positive effects on the abdominal muscles.

Recommended soon after the birth or right after puerperium. 

Details

• We recommend using disposable underwear or being completely naked. You can keep your underwear, but we cannot guarantee that it will not get soiled and without a bra.
• When you are ready to start the massage, lie down on your back or side on the massage table and cover the intimate areas with a towel.

General information

• Choose the intensity of the massage at the reception and adjust it to your needs during the massage by communicating with the masseuse.
• Ideally, do not eat at least an hour before the massage.
• We use hot herbs for this massage.
• This massage is available in all TAWAN salons.
• Recommended repetition once every two weeks.
