Royal Thai herbal massage

Royal Thai care suitable for the overall regeneration of the organism. It is a combination of traditional Thai massage and an ancient healing method based on applying hot herbal sachets to places where energy flows in the body. Traditional Thai massage first removes stiffness of muscles and joints, effectively stretches the spine and limbs and stimulates the body's natural blood circulation. The masseuse relaxes the whole body by applying pressure to the reflex points and prepares it for subsequent therapy. This is done with the help of herbal packs, which are pre-heated to a pleasant temperature in steam and applied to tired places on the body. The Thai herbs and spices contained in the bag cause firming of the skin, perfect stress relief and long-lasting physical and mental relaxation.

When to use the massage?

• Relieves pain and stiffness of muscles, tendons and joints.
• Improves joint mobility and tendon flexibility.

Massage procedure

• We recommend using disposable underwear or being completely naked. You can keep your underwear, but we cannot guarantee that it will not be soiled.
• To ladies, for greater comfort, we recommend taking off their bra.
• When you are ready to start the massage, place your chest on the massage table and cover the intimate areas with a towel.
• On request, balm (herbal warming ointment) can be applied on stiff areas.

General information

• Choose the intensity of the massage at the reception and adjust it to your needs during the massage by communicating with the masseuse.
• Ideally, do not eat at least an hour before the massage.
• We use hot herbs for this massage.
• Not suitable in case of injuries, osteoporosis, varicose vein problems, protruding discs or pregnancy.
• If you are unsure about other health restrictions, consult the reception.
